Boots is one of our signature espresso and brew Blends. When idealizing this coffee blend, we wanted to create something that would make us proud, something that people would have in their homes for special occasion or would be sold in the best coffee shops and restaurants. With that in mind, and wanting to deliver a good drink both black or with milk, we came up with a medium roast, designed to showcase fruityness in the cup, along with refreshing acidity, good mouthfeel and notes of dark chocolate and caramel taste. Boots is the perfect entry level blend for the world of more complex specialty coffee. Currently, Boots is comprised of two components: a natural coffee from Kochere in Ethiopia and a wonderful bourbon from Fincal el Angel in Guatemala.
- ROASTWORK’S BOOTS BLEND NOTES – A medium roast, designed to showcase fruitiness in the cup.
